This 2-hour introduction will prepare you for an easy entry into a yoga method that can transform your life. Mysore style is for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Public Talk By Lena Leonteva - Diamond Way Buddhist Teacher. Lena was born in 1965 and lives in the Diamond Way Moscow Buddhist Center. Lena took refuge with Lama Ole Nydahl in 1992 and has been teaching Buddhism internationally since 1998. She studied mathematics and obtained a PhD in Buddhist history. Besides teaching, her other main Dharma activities are: book editor, translator and chief editor of Buddhism.ru. Join us for this enlightening talk on the benefits of meditation in our daily lives from a Buddhist perspective. All welcome!
JIVAMUKTI BASIC COURSE WITH MISCH
This class is part of a four-week fundamentals course that explores a different theme each week: standing asanas, forward bends, backward bends, inversions and meditation. Students are taught "how to do" asanas as well as the use of props. The Basic Class provides the underlying structure to help a student be able to eventually enter into an a class intelligently and safely. Beginners are encouraged to take all four weeks of the Basic course. Intermediate and advanced students will also benefit from exploring the alignment essentials presented in these classes. It is advisable that a student register for the full 4 week program starting with week one, but a student can also drop into any class at any time. This class is suitable for beginners, but open to all levels of practitioner.

ECSTATIC DANCE WITH JAX
Every first Friday of the month. Ecstatic dance is an active meditation using movement, music & breath. Release stress, energise your mind & body. This can be a great cardio workout, getting fitter, toning up and losing weight. Dancing also influences the brain, with a dopamine increased sense of pleasure and lessening depression; Serotonin increased learning capacity, improved short term memory; Norepinephrine increased energy, motivation and long term memory retention; and Glutamate providing greater mental focus. EVOLUTION OF THE DAKINI WORKSHOP WITH CHERRYL DUNCAN
A two-hour yoga workshop, which begins with foundational alignment work. We will then move into the introduction of Mudra (sacred gestures), combined with movement and breath where the Dakini learns to harness and direct her power for the purpose of creation, beauty and love, ending with a full expression of movement where the Dakini offers her divinity as an expression of bliss. This class is not only for women! I invite you to not get stuck in the roles of male and female but instead allow yourself to be intrigued by the life sustaining energy that runs through all of us in it's male and female expressions.

Mysore style is traditional Ashtanga yoga, taught in India by the late Sri K Pattabhi Jois. It is a unique class where you will practice a set sequence of postures at your own pace while a teacher gives you individual guidance and adjustments. As you progress through the series you will receive new postures. For all levels from beginners to advanced. It's a wonderful way to learn a meditative personal practice.
Counted Primary Series taught in the traditional format where the teacher calls out the posture names and counts the breaths to encourage a seamless meditative flow. The class is steady paced with minimal alignment instructions given, so some familiarity with the Primary Series is recommended. This is a great compliment to your Mysore practice.
** MYSORE BEGINNERS
This is an introduction to the traditional method of Ashtanga yoga. You will be introduced to key concepts of Tristana and the beginning sequence of the Primary Series. This will slowly ease you into the Mysore style. YIN YOGA & MEDITATION
This class draws on knowledge from Indian Hatha poses, Chinese medicine theory, as well as of Buddhist mindfulness meditation to work on balancing the mind and body. Holding shapes for long periods of time that stress the connective tissues and redirect energy to vital organs. Encouraging surrender, softening and release. Yin yoga complements a fast and energetic Ashtanga yoga or other Yang styles.
BOOK CLUB MEDITATION
Have you ever been interested in learning meditation? In these open sessions a group will gather weekly to do a reading from various philosophical texts. This will open up a discussion and end on a group meditation practice. Gain qualities of focus, calmness, clarity, and insight for your creative processes in your daily lives. Developed by experienced yoga practitioners and physiotherapists, Simon Borg-Olivier and Bianca Machliss. Incorporating asanas, vinyasa, pranayama and meditation. It's a dynamic, moving meditation, which links yoga postures in sequence with breath. This style is from Krishnamacharya lineage, teacher to three of the most influential yoga teachers – Pattabhi Jois, Iyengar and Desikachar.
Working as a team, we'll cultivate trust, strength, stability and flexibility through partner asana, and partner strength and inversion drills. Then we'll take it to the air with an acrobatic flying sequence. A playful, safe, supportive environment will empower the whole room to be upside down and connect to their joy. No partner necessary. No experience necessary.

and pilates focusing on core strengthening, balance, and flexibility. Each session is designed specifically

Need to relax? One hour session combining yoga and massage, utilising reflexology and meridian clearing techniques.
Enjoy the release and opening of passive poses, while you simultaneously receive the caring attention of a massage.
This powerful combination is designed to tune directly in on blockages along the meridian lines, bringing the body back into balance.
Yin Yoga Therapy (60min)
Stressed Out? One-on-one sessions to help develop an individualised therapeutic practice for reducing stress, anxiety,
depression and help the healing process due to injury. In this gentle approach we apply Chinese meridian theories
and meditation mindfulness techniques together with gentle yoga postures to help pinpoint and release blockages
in the body and restore vitality.
One-on-One Time (60min)
New to yoga? Want time to work on something specific. This session offers a highly personalised attention with focus
on alignment challenges specific to each individual. You might feel intimidated by the idea of attending a large class.
Or it might just be particular asanas that are posing new challenges. This session is about you, and how yoga can help
transform your life in a positive way.
